F-35 Training Systems Site Activation Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: Are you searching for a position where you can use your civil or facilities engineering and analysis skills to make a difference? With the level of complexity of the F-35 program, we need a skilled Training Systems Site Activation Analyst to support the activation of pilot training systems facilities and keep the program on the path to success. That’s why we need an experience d analyst like you who can ensure success through management, careful analysis, and effective communication.
We have an opportunity for an F-35 Training Systems Site Activation Analyst to join our team as we support our client’s international initiatives to acquire, deliver, and sustain a fully capable and operationally dominant F-35 training program for U.S. Services, partner nations, and FMS customers for CONUS or OCONUS sites. In this role, you’ll directly support the Training Systems and Simulation ( TSS ) PMO and Product Support Management ( PSM ) teams by leading, planning, or supporting site activation meetings, site readiness reviews, and other key integrated support e nga gements. You’ll also serve in a lead role alongside program leadership to drive and achieve PSM support objectives, including lifecycle support, site surveys, activation planning, contract requirements, working groups, and facility design, interface with the client, and review artifacts such as FRDs, WSPDs, and bed down plans.

You Have: • 6+ years of experience working with DoD projects and civil or facilities engineering projects • Experience with U.S. services or international clients and their projects • Experience supporting aircraft facility, ha nga r, or training site design reviews and site activation • Experience with the review, assessment, or development of ship and basing requirements documents such as Facility Requirements Documents ( FRDs ) , Weapon System Planning Documents ( WSPDs ) , or bed down plans • Knowledge of the principles, policies , and practices of pilot training system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the deployment of pilot training systems, subsystems, and equipment • Knowledge of the pilot training system equipment lifecycle phases • Knowledge of federal laws and DoD regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and FMS • Ability to work with pilot training systems or full mission simulators hardware components, and interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis • Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Nice If You Have: • 10+ years of experience working with DoD projects • Experience working with foreign counterparts • Experience with integration analysis for the implementation and deployment of F-35 acquisition or logistics and sustainment • Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management • Knowledge of Security Assistance ( SA ) and Security Cooperation ( SC ) programs such as the FMS sales process, including case development, implementation, execution, and closure • Ability to prepare and present verbal and written presentations to any or all levels of government and industry management • Ability to speak, read, and write in a foreign language • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Possession of excellent diplomatic skills • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Facilities Engineering, Logistics, or Management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
