Job Description: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to a retired CEO and Chief Medical Officer. This trusted partner will manage complex schedules, travel, communications, records, and special projects while exercising exceptional discretion, professionalism, and judgment. The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can effectively engage with senior executives, healthcare leaders, board members, advisors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, including personal and professional commitments.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

• Serve as a primary liaison with executives, board members, healthcare professionals, advisors, nonprofits, and external partners.

• Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.

• Maintain confidential records, contact databases, memberships, and important documents.

• Track deadlines, commitments, expenses, reimbursements, and follow-up actions.

• Support board, philanthropic, academic, healthcare, and community-related activities.

• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and private functions.

• Handle expense reporting, invoices, and vendor payments.

• Prioritize requests and manage communications while protecting the executive’s time, privacy, and reputation.

Qualifications • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, board members, physician leaders, or high-profile individuals.

• Experience supporting senior leaders preferred.

• Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.

• Strong experience coordinating complex travel, meetings, events, and executive communications.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Required Skills:     Preferred Skills:     The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $74,550.00 - $119,542.50

Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
