Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic initiatives that improve the end-to-end VAS deal lifecycle, driving consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions. • Partner with regional VAS Deal Teams and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize deal governance, approval frameworks, and commercial best practices. • Drive global deal process transformation efforts that improve efficiency, transparency, compliance, and the seller experience. • Support strategic global deals by helping shape commercial strategies, deal structures, and business cases. • Act as an agile resource across regions, providing interim deal management leadership and capacity support as business needs evolve. • Champion AI-enabled solutions that streamline deal workflows, increase team productivity, and help sellers deliver winning commercial proposals faster. • Identify and implement process, tooling, and automation enhancements across VAS Deal Hub (CPQ tool), deal approvals, contracting, and reporting. • Maintain & enhance Global VAS Deal models leveraged by VAS Deal Team

This role is a hybrid position to be located in our Austin, TX location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications : • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications : • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD. • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Deal Management, Finance, Pricing, Strategy, or related business functions, including support of a global, multi-channel business with $1B+ in annual revenue. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Finance, Pricing, Product, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Support organizations. • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including expertise in pricing and packaging, financial modeling, contract negotiations, and revenue optimization. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution across a highly matrixed, global organization. • Track record of building strong partnerships and collaborating effectively across functions, geographies, and leadership levels. • Results-oriented leader with the ability to prioritize competing demands, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with global teams across multiple regions and time zones. • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools. • Team-first mindset with a strong focus on collaboration, accountability, and shared success. • Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or technology-enabled services is preferred; knowledge of Visa and Value Added Services (VAS) solutions is a plus.

Information for US Applicants For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $153,600.00 to $ 245,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
