Originally backed by leading VCs including Bessemer Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and NextView Ventures, Hatch recently joined Yelp to enable faster growth. We closed 2025 at $31.5M ARR (>100% YoY growth) and are scaling to >$60M ARR in 2026. Voice AI is our strategic differentiator and the competitive battleground we intend to win.

Our customers range from single-location service businesses to national franchise networks and PE-backed portfolios. We're headquartered in New York City with a satellite office in Boston.

In this senior people leadership role, you’ll inspire and develop exceptional talent, set a high bar for product quality, and collaborate with partners across Product, Engineering and Go to Market teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we balance the trade-offs between monetization and maintaining a delightful user experience that delivers real outcomes for customers. What you'll do

- Ensure execution of a roadmap on the edge of AI innovation is delivered quickly, executing against tradeoffs with agility.

- Lead and develop PMs; build effective partnerships with engineering, design, data science, and revenue teams to ensure effective delivery, resourcing, and cross-org alignment.

- Prioritize product investments across competing roadmaps with clear business cases - balancing short-term revenue, long-term user trust, and execution risks, with time to execution at the forefront.

- Continue to drive innovation for agentic tooling, with a customer centric focus.

- You’ll put customer feedback and market progress in AI at the forefront.

What it takes to succeed

- You are a thoughtful, strategic product leader who mentors and develops PMs into better product thinkers, and empowering your team to succeed autonomously.

- Deep, hands-on experience with AI products and tools— not just familiarity, but the kind of understanding that comes from having lived the trade-offs. You know how deep integrations and agentic tools are intertwined. You've navigated the tension between short-term revenue optimization and long-term customer value, and you have sharp instincts about where to draw the line.

- You’re experienced with revenue-generating products backed by clear business metrics, and you actively collaborate with finance and revenue partners.

- You have a proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market and communicate effectively at the executive level.

- Proven track record of building and developing PM teams and encouraging continuous learning and knowledge seeking.

What you'll get

- Based on the anticipated level of experience we are seeking, we expect the compensation range for this role to be between $237,500 and $388,000. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
