• Provide hands-on support on multiple concurrent transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial transactions, including SaaS, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and professional services agreements with enterprise customers and strategic partners

• Drive operational efficiency for a fast-moving sales organization

• Collaborate with LGA subject-matter experts, outside counsel, and business stakeholders across Product, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Operations to structure transactions, manage risk, and resolve deal obstacles

• Develop and improve repeatable playbooks, templates, policies, and processes to improve deal velocity and consistency that enable efficient and scalable support for a rapidly moving business

• Partner with the broader legal organization on cross-initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and best practices

• Establish clear expectations, provide meaningful coaching and feedback, and support the professional development of team members

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including negotiating complex commercial technology agreements (SaaS, cloud, IaaS, or similar), including data protection, security, and privacy provisions

• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing a team of commercial lawyers, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior business executives, with strong business judgment

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working and orchestrating effectively across multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

• A pragmatic, "roll up your sleeves" approach to both managing a team while also personally engaging on multiple deals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and processes
