About this role

Position Overview

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, evolution, and continuous improvement of digital experiences across PNC.com. This role serves as the product owner for assigned customer journeys and capabilities, partnering closely with business stakeholders, Technology, UX, Content, Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

The Digital Product Manager leads discovery, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures solutions are informed by customer insights, business objectives, and data.

Primary Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap • Develop and maintain a product experience roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities. • Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes. Discovery & Problem Solving • Lead discovery conversations that identify the underlying customer and business problems before defining solutions. • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders, UX, Technology, Content, and Analytics. • Evaluate multiple solution options and recommend the approach that delivers the greatest customer and business value. Customer Experience Ownership • Own assigned customer journeys across PNC.com. • Advocate for the customer while balancing business and operational needs. • Use customer feedback, analytics, usability testing, and market research to identify opportunities. Data-Driven Decision Making • Define success metrics for initiatives. • Use analytics to prioritize work and measure outcomes. • Monitor post-launch performance and recommend continuous improvements. Cross-Functional Leadership • Build trusted partnerships across Product, Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Content, Analytics, and Business teams. • Influence without direct authority. • Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholder groups. Product Operations and Delivery • Distinguish operational maintenance work from strategic product improvements. • Ensure operational work is delivered efficiently while protecting capacity for strategic initiatives. • Project manage experience delivery through hand-offs, approvals and over see the build in a content management system. • Continuously improve team processes, governance, and delivery practices.

Job Description • Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices. • Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development. • Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences. • Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs. • Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.
