About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Copywriter based in LATAM who can craft clear, persuasive, engaging, and compliant copy that feels human—not like a robot or a pharmaceutical brochure.

In this role, you will support our marketing, growth, e-commerce, and patient communication initiatives across multiple channels. You should understand how copy influences customer behavior throughout the online purchasing journey, from the first advertisement or landing-page visit through conversion, retention, and re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit conversion-focused marketing copy for:

• Email and SMS campaigns

• E-commerce landing pages and website content

• Product and service pages

• Paid advertisements across Meta, Google, and other platforms

• Social media captions and short-form content

• Customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement campaigns

• Collaborate with the Creative Director, marketing, growth, and e-commerce teams on campaigns, promotions, and launches.

• Create messaging that supports different stages of the customer journey, including awareness, consideration, conversion, onboarding, and retention.

• Adapt copy to different tones, including educational, supportive, persuasive, and conversion-focused messaging.

• Ensure all messaging aligns with LumiMeds’ brand voice, business objectives, and compliance standards.

• Revise and optimize copy based on campaign performance, customer behavior, A/B testing, and stakeholder feedback.

• Occasionally assist with patient-facing and internal communications.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a copywriter.

• Previous experience working for an e-commerce company is required .

• Demonstrated experience writing copy that supports online customer acquisition, conversion, retention, or product sales.

• Strong understanding of conversion-focused writing, customer psychology, and the e-commerce customer journey.

• C1 English proficiency or higher is required , with excellent grammar, clarity, vocabulary, and tone.

• Ability to write professional, natural-sounding copy for U.S. audiences.

• Experience writing email and SMS marketing copy.

• Ability to follow brand voice, legal, and compliance guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.

• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.

• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, wellness, DTC, subscription-based, or regulated industries.

• Familiarity with weight-management or patient-focused audiences.

• Experience with e-commerce retention, lifecycle marketing, or subscription campaigns.

• Understanding of basic marketing and e-commerce metrics, including CTR, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, retention, and A/B testing.

• Experience collaborating with performance marketing, creative, growth, or lifecycle marketing teams.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar e-commerce and marketing tools.
