Why this role

The Evolve Partner Development Partner Associate is a crucial role in ensuring our partner network is composed of world-class on-the-ground service partners. This role is responsible for finding, interviewing, and educating new service partners to ensure we are connecting our homeowners with top-performing vacation rental home caretakers. This role not only contributes to the growth of our partner network but also ensures the success of our existing partners by supporting their daily questions via email. The perfect candidate for this position is a self-starter who is extremely resourceful in conducting online research, has strong interviewing skills, and is able to make tough judgment calls.

What you’ll do

• Support Evolve’s activation goals by fulfilling new owner requests for on-the-ground service partners. Owners must have an on the ground solution prior to activating with Evolve

• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure you are sourcing a partner that meets the needs of both the owner and the property

• Source local services for our homeowners by conducting creative online research and numerous cold calls to find world-class local service companies throughout the U.S.

• Interview potential service partners and critically consider who is the best candidate in an area to partner with homeowners and represent our brand

• Educate potential new service partners on how the Evolve partnership works and set service level expectations

• Provide support to existing partners by responding to their questions and requests in a timely manner.

• Document all activities in Salesforce and organize the information to ensure that anyone at Evolve can access it if needed

• Support owners and their affiliate partners by educating them on how the Evolve platform works

• Manage competing priorities to meet monthly goals

• Provide ongoing project support to foster an outstanding experience for homeowners, guests, and partners

• Critically assess the processes and products you are using to identify efficiency gains and improvements

• Provide friendly, professional support to our partners and homeowners by responding to their requests on time to meet our SLAs

What makes you a great fit

• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and follow-up skills via email and phone

• Enthusiasm for learning about the vacation rental industry and thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

• A natural flair for organization and attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage your time effectively and work quickly without compromising quality

• A results and data-driven approach

• Ability to embrace change in a fluid, high-growth environment

• Strong online research skills

Compensation

For this role compensation is $24.85 to $27.00 hourly.

Location

All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
