Brown & Brown   is seeking   a   Claims Adjuster   to join our growing team in   Dallas, TX!  

The Claims Adjuster   is responsible for   evaluating claims from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities.          

How You Will Contribute:      

• Handles claims from   initial   contact through to conclusion.    

• Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility.    

• Responsible for   m a intaining   p ositive customer relationships   s e eking   t o enhance organizational skills.  

• Manages a high call volume with   e xception   communication and customer service skills.    

• Successfully works independently and in a team atmosphere.  

• Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues.  

Skills & Experience to be Successful:    

• Minimum 1-2   years   claim handling experience.    

• Excellent have written and verbal communication skills.    

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.    

• Ability to   maintain   a high level   of confidentiality.    

Preferred    

• Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience.    

• Bilingual is a plus, not   required .
