About this role

Business Planning Manager for Solutions and Growth Description - The Business Planning Manager (BPM) for Poly is responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across the Poly portfolio, connecting demand, supply, and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes.

The role operates at a highly strategic and analytical level, driving complex planning decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and business priorities.

This position plays a critical role in improving conversion, customer experience, inventory health, and financial performance, while enabling scalable and data-driven planning processes for Poly within the broader Personal Systems organization.

Priorities (first 6–12 months) Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning for Poly • Ensure strong demand/supply matching and execution alignment across regions • Improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and issue resolution

Improve business performance across key metrics • Conversion and backlog reduction • Customer experience (ship dates, OTIF, lead time reliability) • Inventory health, including reduction of excess and aged inventory

Strengthen demand shaping and supply optimization levers • Drive prioritization across products, channels, and customers • Optimize allocation decisions in constrained environments • Improve coordination with Customer Operations and Category teams

Enhance data visibility and performance management • Develop and leverage KPIs to track execution gaps and business outcomes • Improve reporting consistency and transparency for Poly performance

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes • Identify and implement process improvements across planning flows • Leverage automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights • Ensure alignment with global planning standards and transformation initiatives

Strengthen cross-functional alignment • Act as a key interface between supply chain, category, finance, and operations • Ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and trade-offs

Success Profile Success in the role will be defined by: • Improved conversion, backlog management, and execution performance for Poly • Stronger customer experience through reliable and predictable fulfillment • Healthier inventory levels and improved balance between supply and demand • Increased transparency and accuracy of planning data and KPIs • Faster identification and resolution of risks and supply/demand imbalances • Strong alignment across stakeholders, enabling efficient decision-making • Tangible improvements in planning efficiency through automation and process optimization

Candidate Profile Experience • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations • Strong experience in demand/supply planning and business planning roles • Experience working in complex, global, and cross-functional environments

Capabilities • Advanced expertise in supply chain planning and execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making • Ability to operate independently in complex and ambiguous environments • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to translate business needs into actionable planning strategies • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency and simplification

Pay & Benefits The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
