2. Featured Offer Preservation • Root Cause Analysis: Track, analyze, and own the metrics behind Lost Featured Offer (LFO) on Amazon
• Grey Market Mapping: Perform targeted test buys, track serial numbers, and map out the supply chain flow of grey market and unauthorized goods entering the Amazon channel.
• Remediation: Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain to eliminate unauthorized supply chain leaks and improve the LFO% and associated KPIs.
• Pricing Strategy: Analyzed promotional pricing curves to identify thresholds triggering price arbitrage, optimizing discount models to protect brand margin and channel integrity.
3. Returns Prevention • Data Analysis: Analyze Amazon return codes, customer reviews, Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights, defect data, and pricing elasticity curves to identify marketplace trends and product pain points.
• PDP Optimization: Partner with Logitech Marketing and Amazon account teams to optimize Product Detail Page (PDP) content, update consumer messaging, and improve A+ content to better align customer expectations and reduce return rates.
