About this role

The   Manager of Calendar Planning   owns the translation of brand strategy into a cohesive, executable marketing calendar.   This role ensures every initiative has a clear job to be done, aligns cross-functional teams against shared priorities, and drives seamless execution from concept through launch. They serve as the connective tissue across teams – bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to how marketing work gets done.  

Responsibilities: • Marketing Calendar Stewardship :   Owns and   maintains   the holistic marketing calendar across campaigns, LTOs, partnerships, and brand moments. Ensures the calendar reflects strategic priorities, sequencing, and evolving business needs.  

• Briefing & Strategic Translation :   Translates brand strategy into clear, actionable briefs that define the “job to be done” for cross-functional teams .   Ensures   alignment on   objectives , target audience, channel roles, and success metrics from the start.

• Cross-Functional Orchestration :   Leads day-to-day cross-functional alignment, including stand-ups and workflow coordination. Directs conversations behind the scenes to surface priorities, remove blockers, and   maintain   forward momentum.  

• C ommunication & Alignment :   Serves as the   central point   of communication across teams to ensure alignment against a shared agenda and “why . ”   Tailors   messaging and approach based on audience, context, and stakeholder needs.  

• Budget &   Prioritization :   Supports management of the ad fund to ensure investments align with strategic priorities.   Helps   translate prioritization   decisions into clear executional support across channels .  

Requirements: • 4 Year Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

• 5-7 Years of experience in Brand marketing , integrated marketing, or related field

• Strong understanding of marketing channels and how they work together  

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and relationship management skills  

• Strong situational leadership skills; able to adapt approach based on stakeholders   and context  

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority  

• Extensive experience   in strategic briefing  

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously  

• Excellent communication   and stakeholder management skills  

• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations preferred  

Salary: $92, 821 - $137,513 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
