DoorDash Drive is looking for you to join as an Associate for our GTM implementation team supporting new verticals.
DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. The GTM team is focused on getting merchants launched quickly and efficiently, setting both parties up for long term success. DoorDash Drive is looking for you to join as an Associate for our Product Operations team supporting new verticals.
DoorDash's Strategy & Operations Product Ops team sits within the GM organization and serves as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and the field, ensuring new features and tools land successfully across our marketplace. The team is focused on driving operational excellence, scaling product launches efficiently, and surfacing insights that shape what we build next. The business line you'll be supporting is fast-moving, cross-functional, and is obsessed with turning strategy into execution.
About the Role
You will help drive a cohesive launch strategy and execution playbook for one of our newest business lines. You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and Merchants. You will be on the forefront of expansion; building models, creating documents, and implementing processes to win deals, accelerate launches, and improve launch quality. You will perform comprehensive analysis and make insightful recommendations about our business strategy with the ultimate goal of helping DoorDash disrupt a new industry.

• Analyze – Solve key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade offs)

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:
• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $74,800 — $110,000 USD
