About this role

ABOUT US

For a long time, Farsight has been best-in-class at deliverables generation and iteration. Unlike general AI finance platforms that focus primarily on research, Farsight has spent years focused on producing high-quality, personalized end deliverables. This has given us a meaningful advantage in capturing judgment data: the comments, edits, and nuances a partner makes on a deck or model as it travels from first draft to final version.

Our platform enables teams to deliver full client-ready documents natively in Microsoft Office Suite (slide decks, CIMs, financial models, memos) end-to-end. By using your firm’s historical best practices and voice there are no generic outputs. Everything is aligned to your brand.

Security, scale, and precision matter. We operate with SOC-2 compliance, full end-to-end encryption, and deployment options from customer-cloud to on-premise.

Our team is made up of Strategy & Ops members with backgrounds from: J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, General Atlantic, Mizuho, Barclays, and more!

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a member of the Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be the connective tissue across Farsight: translating ideas into execution across product, engineering, customer success, and leadership.

You’ll partner closely with engineers to help design and shape new product lines. You’ll work hand-in-hand with customers — from onboarding to advanced workflow design — ensuring each client is successful and fully activated. You’ll help define platform direction, prioritize features, and operationalize strategic initiatives. This is a high-leverage, multi-disciplinary role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to directly shape a category-defining company.

We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partner with engineering to scope, test, and launch net-new features and workflows.

- Serve as a hands-on advisor to strategic customers, guiding onboarding, product setup, and early use-case design.

- Work directly with users to build and deploy customized workflows using Farsight’s platform.

- Gather feedback and frontline insights to help shape product roadmap and feature prioritization.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across the whole organization.

- Help build internal systems and playbooks to scale operations as the company grows.

- Contribute to go-to-market motion by translating platform capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives.

WHO YOU ARE

- 2 - 4 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity.

- Deep comfort working across functions with high ambiguity

- Strong communication and project management skills — you’re able to turn ambiguity into action.

- Scrappy and entrepreneurial: you’re willing to figure things out without a playbook.

- Analytical thinker who’s excited to work with technical teams and complex products.

- Obsessed with quality. You’re not satisfied until things work and scale.

- NYC-based and able to work onsite as needed.

NICE-TO-HAVE

- Experience / interest in enterprise SaaS, B2B AI platforms, or fintech/financial services

- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRMs, and data room platforms

- Technical background or experience working closely with engineers

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary range: $110,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

- Equity is provided to all of our employees

- Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance

- Unlimited PTO

Note: You'll need valid U.S. work authorization to join us.

Please note that a background check and employment verification may be required for this position. We may obtain one or more background screening reports about you, solely for employment purposes.
