This role is part of the team responsible for managing reporting products and AI-powered capabilities for the ad server used by the biggest names in TV. The role involves understanding a complex industry and designing scalable, reliable, and low-latency reporting solutions, while also contributing to AI-driven features such as intelligent troubleshooting, workflow automation, and conversational experiences. Our systems process billions of records per day and support major live events from the Super Bowl to the World Cup. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into innovative product solutions by partnering closely with engineering, balancing customer needs, scalability, cost, speed, and reliability. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. Job Description Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent. • 3~5 years working experience . • Must be well organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task. • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and excellent analytical skills. • Hands on experience with developing large scale data products. • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. • Hands on AI vibe-coding is a plus.
This opportunity is at FreeWheel, a Comcast Company. • Responsible for product management activities for the portfolio of reporting products. • Identify client issues and be able to come up with constructive solutions and turn that into high-quality product designs. • Partner with engineering team to manage product backlog, do sprint planning, and deliver products on time. • Make high-quality product designs, writes design specs, review design specs with engineering team, articulates market problems, use cases, requirements and feature details. • Align with each product verticals to support their business needs with reporting products. • Maintain products rolled out, collect feedback and continuously improve products to defend our core values. • Partner with the AI Product team and Engineering to support the development of AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and product enhancements across reporting products. • Assist in defining product requirements, validating AI-generated experiences, and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve AI quality, usability, and adoption. • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and evaluate opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted tools to improve customer workflows and internal product development. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements • Experience writing SQL queries and reading/writing Python and Java/Scala is a plus but not required. • Demonstrate an understanding of the major components of the advertising technology ecosystem and the various industry-level forces ad tech companies are facing. • Demonstrate an understanding of basic data infrastructure design principles and/or familiarity with working on products that use any/all the following technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, Looker, Airflow, dbt. • ADTECH EXPERIENCE IS Preferred • AI vibe-coding is a plus
Responsibilities: • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends for product development. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Managing the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities. • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps to guide development and prioritize initiatives. • Monitoring product performance and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate product progress and outcomes to stakeholders. • • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
