Associate Director, Consulting – Transformation Location: NY, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Charlotte, Atlanta | Hybrid

About JLL JLL (NYSE: JLL) is a leading professional services firm driven by our purpose to shape the future of real estate for a better world. We deliver innovative solutions that help our clients, people, and communities thrive through a more humancentric, resilient, and responsible approach to work environments.

Position Overview We’re in a transformative period for commercial real estate. The rise of hybrid work, advances in workplace technology, evolving cost pressures, and changing employee expectations are creating new opportunities for organizations to rethink how real estate functions enable business performance.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with 6-10 years of experience in real estate consulting to support transformation engagements within JLL’s Consulting practice.

The Associate Director will support a consulting project team in delivering real estate transformation projects spanning capabilities inclusive of portfolio strategy, workplace experience, workplace strategy, and real estate and facilities organizational design. This role will help create deliverables to define real estate transformation solutions for clients, support project leadership in client presentations, organize and manage day-to-day consulting teams and deliverables, and bring insights and experience into solutions.

This is an opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact real estate transformation projects for leading real estate and facilities organizations navigating complex real estate, workplace, and facilities  challenges at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate brings strong deliverable execution skills, consulting rigor, data analytics experience, and a background in real estate with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative recommendations into actionable recommendations for clients.

Given the pace of change in our industry and the growing role of AI in how we deliver consulting work, we are looking for a self-starter with strong learning agility who can be placed into an ambiguous, undefined problem and quickly figure out how to move it forward.

If you are passionate about real estate transformation and excited by the opportunity to help organizations modernize how they operate, support their workforce, and realize greater value from their real estate and workplace investments, we would love to hear from you.
