About this role

Job Summary: There has never been a more exciting time to join Dove Men+Care. Launched in 2010, Dove Men+Care has grown into a cornerstone innovation for Unilever, becoming a €1B+ global brand with more than 70% of its Personal Care business coming from North America. Over the past decade, the brand has consistently delivered double-digit growth and today stands alongside Dove as one of Unilever North America’s highest strategic priorities.

As we look toward our next ambition—to build a €2B brand by 2030—we are entering the most significant transformation in the brand’s history. From breakthrough innovation and premiumization to a renewed expression of our purpose and identity, we are redefining what Dove Men+Care means for the next generation of men.

As Associate Brand Director, Masterbrand Equity and Strategy, Dove Men Personal Care, you will own the evolution of this vision, shaping how Dove Men+Care shows up in culture, connects with modern men, and drives both cultural relevance and business growth. Campaign Leadership & Cultural Relevance • Lead high-profile national Masterbrand campaigns, including the Super Bowl. • Build culturally relevant brand platforms that deepen emotional connections with modern men. • Drive breakthrough, social-first campaigns designed to shape culture rather than respond to it.

Stakeholder Alignment & Agency Partnership • Represent the Master Brand agenda and influence senior stakeholders across North American and global forums. • Partner seamlessly across multiple internal functions to drive unified execution. • Manage, challenge, and inspire creative, strategy, and communications agency partners.

Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of brand-building or strategic marketing experience. • Strong background in developing brand equity, long-term communications strategies, and social-first marketing. • Outstanding creative judgment, deep consumer curiosity, and the ability to translate insights into compelling brand ideas. • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions/markets and inspire creative, strategy, and communications agencies. • Genuine passion for culture, storytelling, and modern masculinity.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a creative, strategic, or communications agency (specifically in strategy or planning). • Experience delivering work recognized through creative effectiveness or industry awards. • Experience building global or iconic consumer brands.
