We’re looking for a high-impact Account Executive who thrives on building pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles, and helping customers transform how fieldwork gets done.

If you’re a proven hunter who loves selling disruptive technology and winning complex SaaS deals, we should talk.

As an Account Executive, you will:

• Independently identify and develop prospective clients.

• Passionately prospect into targeted accounts and create interest in Youreka’s product offerings.

• Use AI-enabled tools, and use AI to improve productivity, customer insights, and business outcomes.

• Deliver on revenue goals quarter over quarter by attacking the market with a hunter mindset.

• Negotiate and close contracts that result in predictable, committed revenue.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract generation, redlining, and other deliverables for closing.

• Effectively leverage internal resources (customer success, product, legal) when needed to close business.

• Understand Youreka’s value proposition and solutions using appropriate value-based sales approaches.

• Engage decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures.

• Leverage Salesforce to pursue new business including forecasting, collaborating with team members, tracking activity, and reporting on deal progression.

• Independently manage time and responsibilities to ensure consistent quota fulfillment, newly created opportunities, administrative task completion, and overall account management.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS.

• 2+ years of experience owning the full sales lifecycle.

• History of achieving or exceeding sales quota.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline.

• Proficiency in Salesforce (preferable) or another CRM tool.

• Comfort using sales tools, CRM data, and AI to improve prospecting, outreach, and productivity.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

• Attend onboarding and sales training, where you will learn go-to-market messaging, key differentiators, and segment-specific value propositions.

• Meet with current members of the sales team individually to understand what’s working, what’s not, and gather learnings to implement into your role.

• Gain a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, the mobile workforce space, and the business challenges Youreka solves.

• Start developing a sales strategy with your Manager’s support.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

• Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know.

• Consider yourself a product expert in Youreka’s solutions.

• Own your numbers — consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your account list.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

• Continue to own your numbers — consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your account list.

• Attend in-person customer meetings.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

• Consistently exceed your new business targets and continue your track record of closing opportunities and exceeding quotas.

Salary

The base salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual pay within the range is influenced by multiple factors, including skill set, residence location, and prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for commission and benefits, which are not included in the provided pay range.

Location

Youreka fully accommodates remote work, as long as you have a permanent residence in the US. Want to spend a month in Italy? Great, do it! Live in Idaho? Sweet, we have another team member there! As long as you are crushing your goals and helping us drive the business forward, you do you. We also have an office in Boston that is open and available for you to use.
