Make your mark in Claims Our Claims professionals support AIG policyholders through some of the most trying times. When our clients face losses large and small, we step up to help them ease the financial burdens of catastrophic events like fires and hurricanes; we help them get their businesses back up and running again or recoup the value of a lost family heirloom or a prized possession. Our Claims team is an industry leader, drawing daily on its unparalleled levels of expertise to offer our clients the highest levels of stewardship to drive total cost of claim improvement and consistent outcomes. AIG manages claims using a wealth of technical and market knowledge about risks, business practices, and the ever-evolving legal and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities • Support the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims while collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, legal, HR, and operations teams. • Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders to support business objectives and project execution. • Monitor claims activity, respond to customer inquiries, and help ensure accurate payments, appropriate reserving, and effective cost management. • Contribute to operational excellence by promoting consistency and claims best practices across the organization. • Gain exposure to a variety of Claims disciplines, including Claims Adjusting & Examining, Claims Administration & Analytics, Fraud & Recovery, Claims Account Relationship Management, and Claims Operations.
Minimum Qualifications Education Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
Program Requirements • Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027. • Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.
Core Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The pay range for this position is $69,500 - $83,400
