Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForgeApply ("the Service"), operated by Dripped Out Cart, LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ForgeApply is an AI-powered job application assistant that helps users optimize resumes, generate cover letters, find job listings, and manage their job search. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or every 3 months through Stripe, depending on the cadence you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI (including tailored resumes, cover letters, and suggestions) is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy
  • Ensuring your resume and applications contain only truthful information
  • Any content you submit to employers

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in interviews, job offers, or employment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading job applications
  • Fabricate qualifications, experience, or credentials
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access our systems beyond normal use
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

7. Browser Extension

You agree to use the ForgeApply browser extension only on websites where automated form-filling is permitted by that website's terms of service. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every application before submitting it. We do not guarantee that auto-filled content is accurate or complete.

8. Third-Party Job Listings

The Service displays job listings sourced from third-party job boards and platforms. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of any job listing. We do not guarantee that any job listing is legitimate, currently open, or that any application submitted through the Service will be received, reviewed, or responded to by the employer.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (resumes, cover letters, notes). The Service itself, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Dripped Out Cart, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MATCHES OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR USEFUL. USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, INCLUDING JOB INTERVIEWS, OFFERS, OR EMPLOYMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in California.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
