ForgeApply offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier.
Paid Subscriptions
When you upgrade to a paid plan (Starter or Pro), you are billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or every 3 months, depending on the plan you choose).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends
- Your data is preserved — you can re-subscribe at any time
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for extended downtime (>24 hours)
- Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate or incorrect charges
- 3-month plans: Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if the Service doesn't meet your needs
How to Request a Refund
Email support@forgeapply.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable
- Partial months of service (you keep access until the period ends)
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
