ForgeApply offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier.

Paid Subscriptions

When you upgrade to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Turbo), you are billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends
  • Your data is preserved — you can re-subscribe at any time

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked
  • Service outage: Pro-rated refund for extended downtime (>24 hours)
  • Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if the Service doesn't meet your needs

How to Request a Refund

Email support@forgeapply.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable

  • Partial months of service (you keep access until the period ends)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
