Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field. • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing automation, systems integration, or related areas. • 5+ years' experience with database systems (such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). • 5+ years' experience with yield management systems (YMS), statistical process control (SPC), and automated yield/SPC workflows.
Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field. • Hands-on experience with SEMI communication standards (SECS/GEM, EDA/Interface A, GEM300). • Strong debugging and data analysis skills, especially in complex production environments. • Experience in 300mm manufacturing environments. MES300 and/or Workstream experience is a plus. • Experience collaborating with yield engineering teams to enhance automated analytics for scrap reduction, drift detection, and process health monitoring. • Understanding of factory KPIs (OEE, cycle time, throughput, yield)
