Requirements • Valid Class A CDL required • Must be at least 21 years of age • Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience • Current DOT Medical Card (minimum 1-year card) • Must pass DOT drug screen • No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years • No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
