What You’ll Do • Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
• Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
• Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
• Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
• Uphold company ethics and safety standards.
What You Bring • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
• 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
• Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE :$18.26 - $26.67 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
