Warehouse/Internal Logistics Operator - (Reach Truck)

This position reports to: Warehouse Supervisor __ Your role and responsibilities Responsible for Receiving, Order filling and Shipping job functions while placing focus on safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping to meet daily goals and objectives . Typical duties/responsibilities for quality may include, but are not limited to, the following:  

• Receive and verify documentation, sku #, quantities and overall quality from vendors  and s tock product from vendors and plants into bulk locations  and c onsolidate product with the same sku #’s in bulk locations  

• Pull bulk product and place in pick zones, c onsult with Inventory Control in resolving stock issues, and r etrieve specified product from pick locations to ship   

• Transfer cartons from shipping lanes to stack onto pallets for loading, m eet and maintain department quality/productivity standards, and a ble and certified to drive power industrial equipment as needed  

• Other duties as deemed necessary or assigned.  

Qualifications for the role

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years experience preferred in manufacturing/distribution environment, b asic computer skills and understanding of overall distribution operations, and a bility to read and comprehend information and count inventory accurately.  

• Ability to work in 3-level modules - Not afraid of height, a bility to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively and frequently, a bility to stand/walk for extended periods of time and climb stairs throughout shift.  

• Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice.
