Video Editor - Social Casino

About this role

THE ROLE

We're looking for a sharp, instinctive Video Editor to transform influencer livestreams and UGC into thumb-stopping 15–30 second ads that perform across paid social channels.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Cut influencer and UGC footage into punchy short-form ads for TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and beyond

- Own the edit from brief to delivery—music selection, pacing, transitions, and platform formatting

- Add motion graphics where needed: titles, CTA overlays, pop-ups, and slick text treatments

- Bring your own creative flavour to even the most underwhelming brief

- Leverage AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Veo) to enhance and accelerate your workflow

- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and freelance resources to hit deadlines without dropping quality

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Video editing experience in a commercial or performance marketing environment

- Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite—Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop—and DaVinci Resolve

- A reel that shows clean cuts, sharp pacing, and genuine creative instinct

- Solid motion graphics ability: text treatments, brand overlays, transitions

- Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and an appetite to keep evolving your workflow

- A genuine sense of humour—bonus points if it shows up in your edits
