Sales Capacity Strategy & Growth Optimization: • Lead sales planning processes, capacity planning, performance forecasting, and target-setting activities. • Partner with Finance and business leaders to align performance expectations with financial and growth objectives. • Develop frameworks that optimize seller capacity, account coverage, and resource allocation. • Identify opportunities to increase productivity through process improvement, automation, and operational redesign.
Customer Journey & Sales Tools Partnership: • Partner closely with the Customer Journey organization to ensure tools and operational processes reflect policies and crediting rules. • Own governance and measurement to ensure effectiveness and business impact of the tool / customer journey implementation. • Ensure commercial processes support a seamless client experience while maintaining operational discipline and scalability.
Commercial Intelligence & Strategic Insights: • Shape Visa's commercial intelligence strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales investments, and influence enterprise priorities. • Establish an integrated view of commercial performance across regions, customer segments, and business units. • Drive AI-enabled insights and predictive analytics to improve decision making and performance outcomes.
Enterprise Transformation & Leadership: • Lead the ongoing evolution of GSCO's commercial operating model. • Drive adoption of standardized data, tools, processes, and governance frameworks. • Champion innovation, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working. • Build and develop a high-performing global team focused on execution excellence, business partnership, and continuous improvement.
Success Measures: • Increased revenue productivity and commercial effectiveness across global markets. • Improved visibility, predictability, and accountability for sales performance through a unified performance framework. • Adoption of global standards for planning, governance, and performance management. • Measurable improvements in seller capacity utilization and investment efficiency. • Executive confidence in commercial performance insights and decision-making. • Successful transformation of GSCO operating models through process simplification, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. • Strong alignment between corporate strategy, commercial execution, and business outcomes. • Sustainable business growth supported by scalable, globally consistent operating practices.
