The Role The Patient CRM Strategy Lead acts as the CEO for the Patient CRM product suite and is the market owner for the product. This role is responsible for shaping Veeva’s Patient CRM product strategy, creating the Patient CRM product messaging and positioning, determining Patient CRM customer pricing, playing a lead role in senior-level customer discussions, and overall customer success with Patient CRM. The strategy lead is also responsible for the content and structure of our customer events and information flow to the sales teams.
