Position Description PIMCO is seeking an accomplished and motivated Channel Marketing Manager to join our U.S. Global Wealth Management (GWM) Marketing team. The successful candidate brings strong channel marketing expertise and a technology-forward mindset, leveraging data, automation, AI, and emerging capabilities to drive business growth, enhance client engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a modern, commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and continually seeks new ways to create value for the business and our clients.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven, multi-year marketing strategies across key growth segments, supporting PIMCO's engagement with U.S. financial advisors and contributing to the firm's growth agenda. This includes owning segmentation strategies, activating targeted campaigns, and delivering integrated marketing programs that strengthen audience engagement, support distribution priorities, and generate measurable impact.
A central focus of the role is evolving PIMCO's client segmentation framework to ensure marketing investments are aligned with the most relevant audiences and opportunities. Drawing on client insights, market intelligence, campaign performance, and business priorities, this individual will continuously refine audience strategies, improve targeting, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support business outcomes.
Partnering closely with sales leadership and client-facing teams, you will translate business priorities into actionable marketing strategies. Acting as a key point of coordination across Digital, Events, Content, Creative, and Analytics teams, you will ensure alignment between business objectives and marketing execution while delivering integrated marketing programs that create a cohesive client experience across channels. The ideal candidate combines deep experience in investments and advisor distribution with a strong understanding of business drivers and an ability to translate strategy into execution.
