• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Bonus: $15,000

• No negative accrual : We reward performance without penalizing you during slower periods

Qualifications • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)

• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and client-education skills

• New-grad friendly
