We're currently looking to add a Senior UX Designer to this nerd club of ours. If you're someone who has 5+ or so years of experience, we'd love to chat.
Here's what you can expect as a UX Designer at LT:
- You'll join forces with 3-5 other team members to design intuitive, human-centered software that helps organizations cement their place in the digital economy.
- You'll own the full design process — user research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and usability testing — turning messy problems into experiences people actually enjoy using.
- You'll work side-by-side with engineers (not toss designs over a wall), so what ships looks and works the way you intended.
- You'll help coach and guide client teams on modern, user-first design practices that make products both beautiful and maintainable.
- You'll continue to refine your craft and grow your skills through ongoing training, personal development and other learning opportunities that help you reach your goals.
