The work model for the role is: Onsite, St. Louis, MO

Your role and responsibilities: • Adhere to all ABB safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.

• Perform physical job duties in a fast-paced production environment, including standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and executing repetitive movements such as gripping, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.

• Operate and assist with the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and tools to support efficient manufacturing operations and resolve equipment issues (e.g., die jams).

• Follow written and verbal instructions, accurately interpret work orders, blueprints, inventory documentation, and shipping labels, while maintaining reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and short-notice assignments.

Qualifications for the role: • Ability to safely perform essential Auto Punch/Press Operator duties in a manufacturing environment while maintaining compliance with all safety requirements.

• Physical ability to perform job functions for 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, including standing, operating equipment, and handling materials as required.

• Knowledge of and commitment to safe work practices that protect both self and coworkers.

• Ability to effectively operate and monitor automated punch press and related production equipment.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and production requirements.

• Effective communication skills and willingness to report any limitations affecting job performance and work collaboratively to support operational needs.

This Position reports to: Patrick Sexton (3rd Shift) Hourly pay range: $22.70-$28.59 (Shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift)
