About this role

ABOUT HELLOFRESH GROUP

At HelloFresh, we want to change the way people eat forever by offering our customers high-quality food and recipes for different meal occasions. Over the past decade, we've grown from a single meal kit brand into a global food solutions group — the world's leading meal kit company, active in 18+ countries across 3 continents.

The HelloFresh Group includes HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, Factor (ready-to-eat), Chefs Plate, and Youfoodz. Each brand serves a distinct audience but shares our commitment to making good food accessible and sustainable. Our Distribution Centers are the operational heartbeat of everything we deliver — and equipping the people who work in them with the right training, at the right time, in the right format, is fundamental to how we operate.

ABOUT THE ROLE: WHAT'S IN THE BOX

The Senior Learning Experience Designer is the operational backbone of the Learning Platform team — the person who ensures that every piece of training content created by the Training Content Specialists is published, configured, and experienced correctly by learners in 360Learning. This role combines two disciplines that are rarely developed together: deep LMS platform administration and a learning experience design sensibility that asks not just "is this published?" but "does this actually work for the learner?"

You will own the day-to-day operations of the 360Learning platform alongside the Learning Platform Manager, with a particular focus on the content intake and publishing pipeline: receiving content from Training Content Specialists, packaging and quality reviewing it, configuring it within the platform, and making sure it reaches the right learners in the right sequence. You will also contribute directly to learning experience design decisions — course structure, knowledge check design, learning path logic — that shape how our DC associates engage with training.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a strong technical foundation, a quality-first mindset, and a genuine investment in whether learning actually works. If you're someone who finds satisfaction in making complex systems run smoothly — and who cares about the person on the other end of the training — this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: THE RECIPE

Content Publishing & Platform Configuration

• Own the content intake and publishing pipeline: receive completed training content from Training Content Specialists, confirm it meets delivery standards (correct SCORM version, file naming, metadata, completion trigger configuration), and publish to 360Learning on schedule

• Configure courses within 360Learning: set up course shells, apply branding, build knowledge check sequences, assign completion criteria, configure certificates where applicable, and test the learner-facing experience before releasing to groups

• Build and maintain learning paths for all brands and associate roles: sequence courses logically, apply prerequisites where appropriate, and structure paths so that a new associate's onboarding journey unfolds in the right order

• Manage content updates: when Training Content Specialists submit revisions to existing modules, process the update, version the course correctly, and notify affected learner groups or managers as appropriate

• Maintain the 360Learning course catalog: ensure all published courses are correctly tagged, categorized, and searchable; archive outdated content systematically so the catalog stays clean and current

Content Quality Assurance

• Conduct structured QA reviews on all content before it is published: review for SCORM functionality, visual consistency with brand and platform standards, accurate completion triggers, accessible formatting, and learner-facing clarity

• Flag content issues back to the relevant Training Content Specialist with specific, actionable feedback — your QA pass is the last quality gate before content reaches learners, and it should function like one

• Maintain a content QA checklist and review log that creates an auditable record of what was reviewed, by whom, and when; this supports both quality consistency and compliance documentation

• Partner with Training Content Specialists to develop shared content delivery standards — the specifications that define what "LMS-ready" means for every content type the team produces

Platform Administration

• Manage day-to-day user administration within 360Learning: process new user enrollments, manage group assignments as employees onboard or change roles, deactivate accounts for departures, and troubleshoot access issues for site-based learners

• Support the Workday–360Learning integration: monitor automated enrollment triggers, identify sync failures, and escalate unresolved issues to the Learning Platform Manager and IT

• Build and maintain the 360Learning group hierarchy for all brands and sites, ensuring that role-based course assignments are accurate and that new site standup can be executed cleanly from a platform perspective

• Monitor learner progress dashboards daily: identify associates who are falling behind on required training, flag non-completion patterns to site managers or the Learning Platform Manager, and ensure compliance-critical courses have the coverage they need

Reporting & Analytics

• Build, schedule, and distribute training completion and compliance reports on a defined cadence to brand operations managers, HR, Safety, and site leadership — the people who need to act on training data shouldn't have to ask for it

• Create and maintain custom dashboards within 360Learning that surface meaningful learning data: completion rates by site, brand, role, and course; time-to-completion; knowledge check performance; and re-attempt patterns that may signal content issues

• Maintain the compliance training record for all mandatory training categories — food safety, allergen awareness, workplace safety, onboarding — and ensure records are complete, exporta
