About this role

To support the practice of nursing and the delivery of nursing care through use of a combination of direct patient care, communication modes, and clerical functions.

Patien t Safety • Practice safe patie n t m obilization and incorporate fall preve n tion int e rventio n s • Use 2 patient identifiers with a l l tasks and point of care testing • Utilize the event m anage m ent system for each u n usual occ u rrence • Adjust care routines to meet t h e indi v idual p a tie n t needs in the role of U C o r UC A a s assigned • Adher e t o HIPA A an d fo ll o w socia l medi a policy

Education and Experience Required:  • High School graduate o r equivalent • Basic BLS: must obtain within 3 m o nths of hire
