As a Treasury Management Business Analytics Consultant Sr within PNC's TM COO organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Washington, D.C., or Chicago, IL.

The Sales Strategy & Ops team sits within the Treasury Management COO organization and partners with TM Sales leadership to drive revenue growth through streamlined processes, data-driven insights, and targeted training. In this role, you will: • Lead ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions and inform decisions on priorities, resource allocation, and growth opportunities • Support special projects across sales strategy, process optimization, and go-to-market alignment • Build and maintain reporting that gives TM Sales leadership a clear view of performance and progress against goals • Develop executive-level presentation materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and cross-functional forums • Define and execute data collection, research, and reporting activities, translating findings into clear recommendations

Key Skills & Competencies • Problem solving: Breaks down complex, ambiguous problems into logical steps; forms a hypothesis and tests it as you go • Storytelling with data: Translates reporting and analysis into a clear narrative that guides leaders to a decision • Executive communication: Synthesizes analysis into the “so what” and tailors messaging to a senior audience • Influence without authority: Builds strong working relationships across the organization and moves work forward by aligning stakeholders • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with SQL preferred

Job Description • Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions. • Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development. • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements. • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making. • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
