The Opportunity:  CACI is seeking an experienced   Travel Coordinator, Senior   to support   logistics   and mission operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Travel Coordinator, Senior serves as CACI's senior travel management professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering domestic and international travel in support of program personnel, Government-directed missions, training events, conferences, and emergent operational requirements. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position ensures travel is executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with Government regulations, company policies, and customer requirements while supporting operational readiness across geographically dispersed locations.  

The Travel Coordinator, Senior works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, resource managers, finance personnel, security staff, subcontractors, travel service providers, and mission partners to coordinate travel authorizations, transportation, lodging, passport and visa requirements, country clearances, travel documentation, and traveler accountability. This position contributes to successful program execution by ensuring personnel can rapidly deploy and travel safely in support of mission requirements throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.  

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements supporting program personnel and Government-directed mission requirements.  

• Prepare, review, and process travel authorizations, travel requests, itineraries, and travel documentation.  

• Coordinate airline reservations, lodging, rental vehicles, and other transportation requirements   in accordance with   Government and company travel policies.  

• Monitor travel schedules and adjust itineraries to accommodate changing operational requirements.  

• Coordinate passport, visa, country clearance, theater clearance, and entry requirements for OCONUS travel.  

• Ensure travelers receive required documentation, travel briefings, and pre-deployment information prior to departure.  

• Coordinate with security personnel to ensure compliance with foreign travel reporting requirements and security procedures.  

• Maintain travel records, itineraries, traveler accountability information, and supporting documentation.  

• Assist   personnel with travel voucher preparation, expense reporting, and reimbursement documentation.  

• Coordinate emergency travel and contingency travel requirements in support of emergent operations.  

• Track travel expenditures and provide travel status reports and metrics to program leadership.  

• Coordinate with finance personnel to ensure travel costs are accurately captured and reconciled.  

• Support deployment planning and personnel movement activities across multiple geographic locations.  

• Maintain compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Federal Travel Regulation (FTR), Fly America Act, and applicable Government and company travel policies.  

• Promote standardized travel management processes and continuous process improvement to enhance mission support and operational efficiency.  

Qualifications:  

Required:    

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting travel coordination, travel administration, deployment planning, or administrative operations for Government or Department of Defense programs.  

• Active Secret Clearance

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.  

• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel, including OCONUS deployments, personnel movements, and mission-related travel.  

• Experience preparing travel authorizations, coordinating   transportation   and lodging, and managing travel documentation   in accordance with   Government travel regulations.  

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent travel requirements while meeting operational timelines and mission priorities.  

• Demonstrated ability to brief program leadership on travel status, deployment schedules, and personnel movement activities.  

Desired  :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Hospitality Management, Travel Management, Logistics, Organizational Management, or a related field.  

• Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving international travel, contingency operations, or overseas deployments.  

• Experience   utilizing   the Defense Travel System (DTS), E2 Solutions, Concur Government Edition, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and other travel management systems.  

• Knowledge of passport, visa, theater clearance, APACS, Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG), ISOPREP, and country entry requirements.  

• Professional certifications such as Global Travel Professional (GTP), Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent administrative and travel management certifications are preferred.  

• Experience supporting contingency operations and rapid deployment requirements within the Indo-Pacific or other Combatant Command environments is highly desirable.
