About this role

Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody. Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

About the Role

BlinkRx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer, Growth Programs to support our Practice Access Manager (PAM) and Field Support Specialist (FSS) teams. This role is the engine behind how our provider-facing teams learn, grow, and perform, from their very first day to their most advanced conversations.

The PAM team is focused on driving script growth by increasing provider adoption of Blink, expanding script share within existing offices, and ensuring all eligible prescriptions are sent through Blink. We need a trainer who understands the cadence, discipline, and nuances of pharmaceutical and pharmacy sales, and who can build training programs that not only educate but also drive measurable behavior change and commercial outcomes.

This role will also support our FSS team , which partners with provider offices to improve prior authorization throughput and outcomes, ultimately supporting patient conversion. The Trainer will own onboarding and ongoing upskilling across these provider-facing teams, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively engage providers, overcome barriers, and deliver measurable growth and conversion value for our clients.

What You'll Do

Onboarding & New Hire Training

• Deliver a structured onboarding curriculum for new PAMs and FSSs, covering Blink's value proposition, provider landscape, sales methodology, compliance requirements, skills used to drive outcomes, and territory management

• Partner with instructional designers to develop role-specific learning paths that accelerate ramp time and set reps up for early wins in script growth and conversion rates

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Provider Operations, Marketing, and RevOps) to ensure onboarding content is accurate, current, and relevant

Blink Sales Certification Program

• Own the development and ongoing management of the Blink Sales Certification program for PAMs and FSSs

• Design tiered certification tracks (e.g., foundational, advanced, therapeutic area) with clear competency benchmarks tied to sales performance outcomes

• Administer assessments, evaluate proficiency, and issue certifications with defined renewal cycles

Ongoing Training & Upskilling

• Build and maintain a library of training resources including playbooks, call guides, objection-handling frameworks, product/formulary updates, and competitive positioning

• Identify skill gaps through field observation, performance data, and manager feedback; then design targeted upskilling programs to close them

• Develop and facilitate regular training touchpoints (live workshops, virtual sessions, self-paced modules) to reinforce key sales behaviors and messaging

Coaching & Field Support

• Provide 1:1 and group coaching to PAMs and FSSs, with a focus on selling skills, conversations with prescribers and pharmaceutical reps, and account development strategies

• Conduct field observations; deliver structured, actionable feedback rooted in Blink's methodology

• Partner with front-line managers to align on coaching priorities and embed a culture of continuous development across the team

Training Strategy & Measurement

• Establish KPIs for training effectiveness, including pre/post assessments, ramp time, certification completion rates, and correlation to script growth and revenue metrics

• Continuously iterate on programs based on field feedback, business priorities, and evolving market conditions

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Provider Growth leadership on talent development, enablement tooling, and sales capability building

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales training, you know how to train reps to sell in a clinical, relationship-driven environment

• Proven track record designing and delivering both new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training programs in a field-based or hybrid sales organization

• Experience building or managing a sales certification or credentialing program

• Strong understanding of provider sales dynamics, including how to position value with pharma reps, practice managers, physicians, mid-level providers, and office staff

• Demonstrated ability to coach to outcomes, not just teach content, but change rep behavior in ways that show up in the numbers

Skills & Competencies

• Adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals

• Facilitation excellence, equally comfortable leading in-person workshops and virtual training sessions

• Collaborative and influence-driven, able to build trust with reps, managers, and senior leadership alike

• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience in pharmacy benefit, PBM, or specialty pharmacy sales training
