About Us PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,000 trucks and 6,000 trailers. About this opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated skilled trailer mechanics. From beginners to skilled leaders, each technician will be an integral part of keeping America’s freight moving forward.

Pay and Schedule • Sunday - Wednesday 8pm to 6:30am • The pay range is $21.00 - $30.00 hour depending on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team? · Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trailers. · Perform aluminum and steel welding. · Perform various maintenance on repair tasks on trailers. · Properly document and maintain records of equipment. · Replace trailer panels and sheet metal. · Repair wood/metal flooring in trailers.

What makes you a strong candidate for this position? · Minimum one year on trailer/mechanical experience. · Repair brake system and axels on trailers. · Strong mechanical and technical skills. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Own basic tools.
