Job Description: Therapist - Adult Residential Recovery Services PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW St. Charles, Missouri Full-Time   Make a Difference Where It Matters Most Join our Adult Residential team and help individuals living with serious mental health/ behavioral health, and substance use disorder challenges build stability, independence, and hope.

As a Therapist, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling services in a supportive residential setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful recovery and long-term success.

Licensure Support & Professional Growth   PLPC & LMSW • Clinical supervision provided at no cost • Licensure supervision fees covered by the organization • Structured support to help you achieve independent licensure  

LPC & LCSW • Opportunities to provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians • Generous stipend available for approved supervisees • Leadership and professional development pathways

What You'll Do • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adults in a residential treatment setting • Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation • Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups that support recovery and skill development • Collaborate with residential staff, medical providers, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care • Support clients in achieving treatment goals, improving daily functioning, and increasing independence • Identify and respond to crisis situations while utilizing appropriate interventions • Make referrals and coordinate access to additional services and community resources when needed • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to client-centered care planning

Qualifications • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field • Current Missouri licensure as one of the following: • PLPC • LPC • LMSW • LCSW

• Experience working with adults experiencing mental health, behavioral health, or co-occurring conditions • Experience in residential treatment, community mental health, or crisis services • Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
