• Document, prioritize, and report software defects using bug tracking and test management systems.

• Reproduce reported issues and work with developers to troubleshoot problems and drive timely resolution.

• Monitor defect resolution and maintain accurate, prioritized defect tracking.

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, release checklists, validation procedures, and quality reports.

• Analyze test results and identify quality gaps, release risks, and opportunities to improve test coverage.

• Investigate customer-reported issues, crash reports, and other high-impact product issues.

• Triage customer feedback and migrate issues into centralized tracking systems as appropriate.

• Monitor product quality and performance throughout the release cycle.

• Provide daily updates regarding testing progress, release readiness, risks, and blockers.

• Proactively communicate quality concerns and help drive issue resolution with engineering partners.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing, Quality Assurance, test engineering, or release validation.

• Experience with manual, exploratory, regression, compatibility, and feature testing.

• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and/or test infrastructure.

• Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, validation procedures, release checklists, and quality reports.
