Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting delivery leads with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.

NOTE:   This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL, TULSA, OK, HELENA, MT, ALBUQUERQUE, NM, or RICHARDSON, TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available. Required Job Qualifications:   *Bachelors Degree and 5 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 9 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management. *Ability to influence and execute. *Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions. *Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately. *Business acumen and application domain knowledge. *Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting. *Customer relationship management. *SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development. *Vendor / SLA management. *Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.  *Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS. *Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process. *Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP. *Oral & written communications. *Teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Job Qualifications:  *Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology.   *Ability to tie together solutions across systems. *Adaptability / ability to manage change *Creative thinking. *Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan  subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $102,000.00 - $184,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
