Job Summary

To perform Evaluation, functional testing, basic troubleshooting, and service new or used medical devices according to procedure with high quality standards, within time constraints, and while in a positive, team oriented manner. Must meet or exceed Technician I qualifications.

Essential Functions

• Analyze and test devices, components, and subassemblies to ensure product functionality and quality. • Perform complex and non-routine test procedures. • Isolates and debugs circuits and assemblies. • Records and analyzes test data and prepares reports. • Works in conjunction with the engineering group to solve complex problems. • Operates oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, test fixtures and understands their use and function. • Works under limited supervision.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience • Must have 2-year technical degree OR 3-5 years of equivalent work experience and troubleshooting skills commensurate with a 2-year technical degree. • Trained and signed off on at least two Advanced Lines recommended (Advanced Monitors, Advanced Belts, Advanced Chargers).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Be well organized and able to multitask.

The hourly pay rate for this position is: $21.00 to $26.00 Factors which may affect this rate include shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com .
