Hermeus is a venture-backed defense aviation company reclaiming the lost art of rapid iterative prototyping to build the fastest aircraft in the world today. We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage.
This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. The team is directly responsible for bringing in the people who shape the company’s growth and execution. Recruiting at Hermeus means working on technically challenging, high-impact roles in an environment where hiring quality and speed genuinely matter. You’ll be exposed to complex searches across multiple disciplines and collaborate closely with leadership as the company scales.
