Job Summary The Technical Project Manager, E2 supports the planning and execution of cross-functional software projects within a semiconductor environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking risks and dependencies, and helping drive delivery of software initiatives that support semiconductor products, platforms, tools, or embedded systems. The Technical Project Manager works closely with engineering, product, quality, and operations teams to ensure projects remain aligned to technical requirements and business priorities. Proficiency with Agile software development is required. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end planning and execution of software projects in support of semiconductor products and development initiatives. Help define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource needs in collaboration with engineering leads and business stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across software engineering, hardware engineering, validation, quality, product management, and operations to support successful project delivery. Track project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues in a timely manner across project workstreams. • Facilitate regular project meetings, status reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to maintain team alignment and execution momentum. Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, action logs, and status reports to communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders. • Partner with technical teams to develop an understanding of architecture, development constraints, integration points, and release requirements. Support software development lifecycle activities, including requirements tracking, development planning, validation coordination, release readiness, and change control. • Drive clear communication among internal teams and external partners where applicable. Promote process consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle while ensuring execution aligns with organizational standards and business goals.

Functional Knowledge Demonstrates working knowledge of technical project management practices and a solid understanding of software development in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related technical environments. Understands project planning, schedule tracking, risk management, dependency management, and Agile software development practices. Business Expertise Understands how software projects support semiconductor product development, operational objectives, and customer commitments. Applies established practices and business context to support project outcomes related to quality, schedule, and execution. Leadership Coordinates cross-functional project teams through organization, follow-through, and clear communication. Builds alignment among team members and stakeholders within a defined project scope and may provide informal guidance to less experienced colleagues. Problem Solving Resolves routine to moderately complex project issues by gathering technical and business input, identifying tradeoffs, and supporting decision-making. Escalates more complex risks or issues appropriately and helps remove blockers to maintain progress. Impact Impacts execution of assigned projects or workstreams through effective coordination, schedule management, risk visibility, and stakeholder communication. Contributes to release readiness, team alignment, and delivery performance within a defined scope. Interpersonal Skills Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers, managers, and cross-functional partners. Builds productive working relationships, supports collaboration, and helps drive accountability across teams. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience supporting or managing technical or software development projects in a semiconductor, embedded software, or related engineering environment. • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, project scheduling, risk tracking, and cross-functional execution. • Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies and experience participating in or facilitating Agile team ceremonies and delivery planning. Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
