Group/Division With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. Central Engineering is KLA's largest engineering organization comprised of 9 Centers-of-Excellence (CoE) in various disciplines applied across all product groups in the company. These CoE include Handling & Automation, Precision Motion Control, Sensors & Image Acquisition, Platform Design, and Packaging Engineering, among others. Talent includes over 500 engineers across global centers in Israel, China, India, and the US. Each CoE contributes not just talent and deliverables per discipline toward product programs, but also subject matter expertise, best practices, roadmaps, specialized facilities, apparatus, models, and analytics. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives across engineering and product development teams. In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs that improve engineering processes, accelerate technology adoption, and enable teams to deliver innovative products more effectively. Working closely with engineering, IT, product, and business leaders, you'll help shape the future of how we develop products and scale engineering excellence!

Responsibilities: • Lead complex, cross-functional programs that support engineering and digital transformation objectives. • Partner with engineering, IT, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives. • Drive adoption of new technologies, tools, automation, and data-driven processes. • Develop and manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics. • Align stakeholders around priorities, decisions, and program outcomes. • Track progress, communicate updates, and drive issue resolution to ensure successful execution. • Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency. • Champion continuous improvement and promote best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications: • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. • Experience leading technical programs, engineering initiatives, or digital transformation efforts. • Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, IT, and business teams. • Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Experience driving process improvements, technology adoption, automation, or operational excellence initiatives. • Ability to influence and build partnerships across multiple organizations. • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification. • Experience with PLM, MBSE, digital engineering, AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, or automation technologies. • Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, product development, or engineering-focused environments. • Familiarity with systems engineering principles and modern software development practices.

Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Base Pay Range: $129,600.00 - $220,300.00 Annually
