You Are:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Day‑to‑Day Operations of the AI & Data Strategy & Growth Team
• Manage workflows, coordination, scheduling, communications, and team operating rhythms across AI & Data Strategy & Growth.
• Maintain alignment with practice-wide communications and operational channels (e.g., shared inboxes, distribution lists, internal knowledge sites, and enablement communities)
• Ensure consistent traction on priority initiatives, deadlines, and action items across sectors.
• Manage All Pursuits End‑to‑End
• Own Compass entries, updates, tracking, and pursuit orchestration across Army, Intel, Defense Agencies, Joint & Maritime, Aerospace, and Supply Chain sectors.
• Coordinate with Growth Leads, Solution Architects, COE technical teams, and Strategy leadership to ensure unified and high-quality pursuit execution.
• Maintain clean linkage between market signals, qualification, solutioning, B&P, and delivery preparation as outlined in our pursuit playbooks.
• Author and Support RFIs, Sources Sought, and Call for Solutions
• Draft or co-author technical responses leveraging an AI & Data technical background.
• Translate mission needs into compelling and technically differentiated content.
• Ensure submissions follow acquisition best practices
• Orchestrate Processes and Rapidly Stand Up New Ones
• Develop lightweight, repeatable processes where none exist ensuring they are fast, streamlined, and non-cumbersome.
• Create clean operating models for pursuit management, partner engagement, internal collaboration, and decision workflows.
• Standardize templates, intake processes, and “growth engine” workflows in alignment with the Centers of Excellence engagement model, reusable asset libraries, and operational hubs.
• Support Strategy and Growth Across All AI & Data Mission Areas
• Contribute directly to shaping growth strategy for Generative AI, Data Foundations, ML/CV, Edge AI, platform integration, and ecosystem alignment.
• Serve as an integrator across COEs, sectors, and GTM teams ensuring the right talent connects to the right opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of pipeline hygiene and accuracy via insights from portfolio tools.
• Participate in key growth syncs and strategy meetings across the practice.
• Drive Cross‑Sector Collaboration and Integration
• Ensure sharing of assets, lessons learned, templates, and pursuit materials across sectors.
• Enable alignment between technical teams, strategy leads, capability leadership, and portfolio stakeholders.
• Support Talent, Culture, and Community Building
• Help onboard new staff into the AI & Data Strategy & Growth operating model.
• Support community events, learning series, and CoE engagement forums.
• Contribute to building a collaborative and high-velocity culture that encourages innovation, pace, and alignment across teams.
Desired Background & Attributes
• Strong grounding in AI, Data, Cloud, or related technical domains.
• Experience in federal acquisition processes, including RFIs, RFPs, CSOs, and OTAs.
• Excellent organizational ability, with strength in orchestrating complex workflows with many stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in high-tempo environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written (RFI authoring) and operational (meeting facilitation, cross-sector coordination).
• Passion for building structure, process, and momentum in rapidly scaling organizations.

• Strong operational cadence and clarity across AI & Data Strategy & Growth activities.
• Rapid creation of lightweight, effective processes that improve team velocity.

• Recognition across the practice for operational leadership, reliability, and high-quality delivery.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $148,800 — $306,500 USD
