To manage the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing Department, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient production to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily production to ensure on-time completion and shipping for customer orders. Monitor and maintain production rates that meet or exceed established standards. Provide team members with the tools, materials, and support required to achieve production goals. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production, scrap, and attendance data. Train employees on safety, quality, and production procedures; enforce adherence to these standards. Uphold all company policies and procedures professionally and positive manner. Treat all employees fairly and consistently while fostering a respectful work environment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or development as needed. Oversee routine cleaning, basic maintenance of equipment, and organization of materials and inventory.

R e sponsibility and Authority       R e ports to:              Operations Manager. Supervises:             Production floor employees. Authority:              Enforce discipline, assign tasks, and ensure policy compliance. Collaborates with:   Engin ee ring, Manufacturing, and Quality Depa r tments. In t e r f ace :                Ope r a t o r s , P r odu ction, and Management.

II .     Workplace Conditions

T ools and Equipmen t :       Hand tools, personal computers, and various production equipment W o r k ing Co nditi o ns:        Exposure to loud noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold)

III .    Worker Abilities

A.  Physical Requirements 1 .  Ability to walk throughout the plant, bend, reach, and climb stairs as needed 2 .  Should be able to lift 50-75 pounds. B .  Mental and Interpersonal Skills 1.   Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees 2 .  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 3 . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret technical instructions.

I V.    Education and Experience

A.  High School diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education preferred B .  Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership or team coordination responsibilities preferred
