Position Responsibilities • Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow, conducting check-in meetings, and promoting a positive work environment.

• Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.

• Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews.

• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.

Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1+ year in a customer service setting. Experience with exemption certificates is preferred , but we will train you!

• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
