This role within our Transaction Advisory Services team will assist in developing and executing deal analytics offerings for our buy-side and sell-side clients. We work with corporate and private equity clients to support complex decisions through advanced data management and analytics solutions across a wide variety of industries.
You will leverage your strong data analytics skills to maximize deal value using data-driven solutions. This involves accelerating data acquisition, preparation, and analyzing financial and operational data to mitigate risks and uncover new financial opportunities.
Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
• Execute data analytics processes through all phases of the engagement lifecycle • Gather and prepare large datasets from client information systems • Leverage data and business intelligence software to turn data into insights • Generate efficiencies through the development of repeatable solutions • Demonstrate strong quality execution and delivery of analytics products • Interact and communicate effectively with external clients • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support complex business questions • Work closely with the Plante Moran team to design and implement analytics-enabled solutions • Operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment under time sensitive deadlines
The qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-3+ years of work in an accounting/finance/deals capacity, with the ideal candidate possessing data analytics skills or strong data analytics aptitude • Degree in data science preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Strong analytical, project management, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal tools • Demonstrates ability with the following software: Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau
This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
