About The Position The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing needs across Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) and its diverse, complex portfolio of supported organizations spanning healthcare, arts, education, and philanthropy. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, search committees, and People Services to understand hiring needs, provide full-cycle recruitment support, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted recruitment partner by consulting with leaders throughout the hiring process, developing recruitment strategies for assigned areas, and maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to support evolving organizational needs. This role requires a proactive and agile approach to keep pace with rapidly evolving organizational needs while balancing multiple searches and providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills, sound judgment, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to balance consultative partnership with operational execution. The ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities, develop effective sourcing strategies, provide practical recruitment guidance, and deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Talent Acquisition • Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area. • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify position requirements for assigned searches. • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. • Plan and execute the interview process by communicating expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process. • Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as needed, and managing the offer acceptance process. • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other relevant job sites to meet the staffing needs across the ecosystem. • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs, including difficult-to-fill and specialized positions. • Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction activities.

Partnership • Consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing guidance on candidate selection, interview practices, recruitment strategies, and hiring recommendations. • Identify, build, and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers, People Services, and other internal and external stakeholders to support organizational hiring objectives. • Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to support hiring decisions and workforce planning discussions. • Promote a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate closely with People Services and other cross-functional departments on projects supporting staffing efforts across the ecosystem. • Assist departments with inquiries related to talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies and stakeholder needs.

Recruitment Operations • Utilize Workday Recruiting and related candidate relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking system (ATS) systems to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status and recruiting pipeline reports on an assigned cadence. • Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring activity to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Ensure recruiting activities comply with organizational policies, employment laws, and established recruitment practices. • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving organizational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field preferred. • Professional human resources certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent credential preferred. • 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting a variety of positions across multiple business functions. • Experience supporting complex organizations or multi-entity environments, preferably within healthcare, higher education, nonprofit organizations, museums/cultural institutions, philanthropy, or similarly complex environments. • Experience recruiting staff and faculty members in a medical school or other higher education environment is strong
